Terms of Service
Last updated: June 17, 2026
By using putt.day (in a web browser or as a Discord Activity), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
The service
putt.day is a free mini-golf game provided as-is. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Acceptable use
Be decent. You agree not to:
- submit holes, titles, or names that are illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or that infringe someone else’s rights;
- cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores, streaks, or rounds;
- disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, or reverse-engineer it to abuse it;
- impersonate other people.
Holes you create
You keep ownership of holes you create. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and share them within the game, including crediting you by the name you provide. You’re responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it. We may review, reject, edit, or remove any submission for any reason.
Discord
When you use the Discord Activity, you also agree to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your scores and data won’t be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
Termination
We may limit or block access for anyone who violates these terms or abuses the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the updated terms.
